Frangipani El Nido Hotel

The location is quite inconvenient unless you have a personal chauffeur, and the air conditioning was a joke, struggling to cool a small room. Despite requesting a special welcome drink for being 'special', I was met with indifference. They charge rates like a five-star, but it's more of a two-star experience. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

All in all, it was right place for travelling to El Nido. The room was modern with excellent design features as well as lovely outdoor patio for an absolutely amazing stay for a vacation:)))

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not that friendly.

The sea view from our suite was amazing, and the staff went out of their way to help us, even whipping up rice porridge when I was feeling under the weather. A few hiccups with Wi-Fi and some breakfast options, but overall a great experience!

Greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was wonderful with awesome location on a perfect island. The staff was great and lovely, they showed us what excellent service is supposed to be like. Our room was brilliant and beautiful, had hypo-allergenic pillows. Location: the venue was short walk to another dining district on the way to town, the bay and a gin and tonic and the center of town.

The hotel with large rooms, in a quiet area, by huge palms. Secluded location, relatively close to Marimegmeg Beach.

Bathroom views could have been better allocated!!! Lacking storage options like an armoire and rugs!!! Wi-Fi connectivity was frustrating and complicated, while the pool felt too cramped for comfort!!!

The reasons I'm conflicted

The staff are attentive. The room boasts generous space and beautiful views that enhanced relaxation time.

Navigating the area without transport can feel limiting. A few Wi-Fi connectivity issues disrupted my online experience .

Just a suitable option for strolling in El Nido with great value for the money. The breakfast was pretty good, and I liked that it was à la carte instead of a buffet. Pick a spot closer to town for more dining options.

Our room was really good, with a panoramic view of the ocean and plenty of space. The staff was very accommodating, and they even made chicken broth for my son when he was feeling sick. Our suite had great amenities like a mini bar and complimentary coffee.

Perfect sunset views!

This place was such a gem! Our room was literally steps from the beach, and the sunsets were to die for. The breakfast was super delicious, especially the pancakes. Just wish there were more afternoon snacks options available because we got hungry between meals! The staff were super friendly too.

The views from the restaurant were fine and the cocktails were delicious as well.

The breakfast selection was really good and made each morning good. The staff were warm. I appreciated the fine sea view from the upper floor bar, which enhanced my overall experience. The garden view was also a nice touch that added to the ambiance .

Unbeatable spot right by the sea 🌊. the building and rooms here are absolutely gorgeous, and the decor is just lovely!
